Fees:
Payment of the total amount due + $25
Reconnection fee + 1/3 of the deposit amount.
The minimum deposit is $150.
Is the deposit based on 2?
x average account for the previous 12 months.
The remaining 2/3 of the deposit can be paid within the next two months.
Customers must first contact the customer service call center to arrange payment.
There is no local number to call for customer service.
For special cases or if the service is about to be disconnected in a day or two, the caller must go to the Victory Drive office.
Customer service representatives will be able to discuss payment options and will do their best to help the customer stay connected or reconnect.
Past payment history and consumption are taken into account when payment options are discussed.
Victory Drive does not accept payments.
Payments can be made by post, bank bills of exchange, credit cards, or telephone cheques, as well as to authorized payment centers.
Not all places where payments are accepted are authorized.
Authorized centers do not charge any amount in excess of the actual payment.
Special care for customers with health problems - the customer must fill in the Medical Certificate.
A letter from the doctor is needed.
This will avoid an immediate interruption of service.
The customer must continue to make payments, although special payment arrangements may be agreed upon.
As the weather gets colder, it may take up to two weeks for the service to run out.
The current reconnection time is the next day.
Discounts are available for the elderly.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance program is called LIHEAP. They assist low income people and families with their heating and cooling bills. This program is therefore, a year long program that is available 12 months a year.
To qualify for the LIHEAP assistance, you need to qualify. We provide the current Federal Poverty Rates nationwide below.
You are automatically qualified for LIHEAP assistance if you participate in the SNAP food stamps program, TANF Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, or the SSI program through Social Security.
