The cost of living had gotten so out of hand that I was unable to pay my monthly electric bill. The monies that LIHEAP paid on my account made all the difference in the world. Because of their help, I was able to cover all of my other expenses on my own. They have a lot of applicants and the process is not quick but it is certainly worth the wait!
